El Clásico is back as the greatest rivalry in world football returns with Barcelona and Real Madrid both badly in need of a win after indifferent starts to the 2020/21 season.

Check out the latest El Clásico betting tips with Marathonbet as we preview possibly the biggest grudge match in the beautiful game.

Barcelona vs Real Madrid Betting & Predictions (24th October)

It’s only a few weeks into the 2020/21 La Liga campaign, but there’s already a lot riding on this early Clásico. Real glided to a 2-0 win in the last clash between the two sides back in March, but plenty has changed since that meeting – both in and out of the world of football.

The away side lifted their 34th title last season (the 11th for Zizou at Real Madrid), after posting strong form once the competition restarted, but despite Barca’s current issues, Real have some worries of their own heading into this derby match.

For a club that love to spend big, it was a deathly quiet summer at the Bernabéu, with little for Real fans to get excited about as Zidane opted to stay loyal to the bulk of his title winners.

On the flipside, it’s been a soap opera of a summer at Barca, with new coach Ronald Koeman perhaps handed the hardest job in football: revamping an ageing squad while trying to keep Lionel Messi on side.

Departures have included Luis Suarez and Ivan Rakitić, while Lionel Messi still seems to be on uneasy ground with his employers. Koeman will hope new signings Sergiño Dest and Miralem Pjanić will bring some much-needed enthusiasm to derby day.

The former Everton boss will also be demanding more from the pricey Philip Coutinho and Antoine Griezmann, who have been handed second chances to impress with the club despite talk they could depart this summer.
